The service advisor was very nice and professional. I find dealer service very time consuming and therefore I primarily use a local mechanic to service my vehicle. I also find dealers do suggest a good deal of unnecessary maintenance and generally charge too much.
Service consultant Kate as always had an excellent Lexus service experience at Lexus of Las Vegas and give them my ???? percent service recommendation

Vy was great and accommodating to my needs. She did a fantastic job with communication and recs.
My car was not washed the past two times I visited. I was told that it was due to some damage on the bumper but it didn’t feel like the normal level of service and there weren’t any beverages available outside of soda and water.

Joel Gooding was friendly and explained this appointment and next steps. Amanda Panuccio was helpful in coordinating and just amazing representation of the Lexus brand. Sparkling water and cookies were a great extra touch.
Only thing that could have been better was rushed service from an overwhelmed porter initially when I came in- seemed frazzled and confused.
