Tino is the best! This was my 2nd visit within the same week, my car was not serviced right the first time. Which caused my car to stop in the middle of the road. I brought it back and Tino quickly accessed the situation and got me into a loaner within 20 mins. I appreciated his willingness to help and kept me updated the entire time. I will be back now for regular oil changes with him. Thanks again Tino!

This is the best Lexus dealership in the area and I drive an hour from Orange County every time I need service. Jorge provided exceptional customer service and made me feel like a truly valued guest throughout the entire process. He helped me set tire pressure to 35 and my car drives noticeably smoother after the service. The quality of work and attention to detail at Lexus of Glendale keeps me coming back despite the distance.
My job was not well done. I told the service team my passenger massage seat was not working. The advisor told me the service guy said nothing is wrong with it. I went home and tried it and it is still Broken ????. That is POOR service.

My breaks still make a noise despite assurances the issue has been resolved.
I specifically asked them to check my wipers. I was told that they always check the wipers. Yet my wipers are not wiping properly. I would’ve thought that they would’ve been changed or I would’ve been informed.
I think the service a JM Lexus has gone down significantly. I’ve been with JM Lexus for the last 10 or 11 years. I’m on my third Lexus vehicle and I am thinking very strongly of switching to another vehicle that is not Lexus.
