Everything was taken care of now just waiting for a part to come in to finish repair. A call or message regarding an update of the vehicle would’ve been nice to receive vice getting a call the following day.
Alec was so friendly and kind. And my service was done quickly. I also want to say your team was very patient and kind with a customer who had not planned her day to allow for the time it took to service her vehicle and was very rude to your staff. She didn’t deserve their kindness, but way to go team!
