I had issues connecting CarPlay on my car. The representative did not know how to resolve this issue. He said CarPlay was a trial and that I had to pay for it. After I told him that I never had to pay for it, he changed his story a few more times and said that I needed to pay for the service to update the software. When I asked him if he could refer me to someone to help me resolve this issue he just said to Google it. I left dissatisfied because CarPlay is the feature I like the most in my car. I was able to resolve this issue later in my own.
My car took 2.5 hours for an oil change…never experienced this in all the years I’ve been going to JM Lexus. This is not even counting the 20 minutes downstairs before I was ever seen. The service advisor never apologized. She did not care at all.. she never even checked on my car. I had to go downstairs and complain. Horrible customer service.

Appreciate that Lexus El Cajon service was open on a federal holiday. I am a very busy guy and don’t have time for car repairs, but Ernesto took care of it quite well and so far so good on the car.
Came in as an emergency repair after being stranded over night traveling thru Vegas. The Lexus repair shop was everything that we have come to appreciate from the Lexus brand. Solid and timely communication and even though we weren’t on the schedule for the day, they had us back on the road by lunch. Also - big shoutout to the Lexus roadside assistance team. Stranded in the middle of the desert - spotty reception- and they still managed to get a tow truck to us within 90 minutes late at night. Disastrous trip made substantially better by the Lexus team. Also, shoutout to Justin at Lexus of Las Vegas for taking my call at 7:05am and keeping me updated.
