I was very disappointed with the condition of the car I bought. I was pleased that I was able to get a replacement window because the vehicle had gone through a sand storm and because of that it also scored the exterior of the vehicle. I was promised to have the service team work on cleaning and rubbing out some of those damaged areas. As it stands right now, I am having a customizer for rubbing out those areas. I am not sure what this will cost and have asked David Woodland if he could pay half of this work. I have not received a response to my inquiry. I did receive floor mats because in the front passenger floor there was a “L” shape cut. It became very clear to me that the vehicle had not been properly audited for any damage.
I appreciated Luis’ efforts to keep me informed about my car. Luis is an asset to JM Lexus.
