Robert kept us informed on the process in what was a little complicated due to a warranty we had on the vehicle. And he took the time to explain to me how we were getting water into the hatchback.
Elijah was very personable, organized, and thoroughly understood my expectations and vehicle needs. He also above and beyond to recommend additional options for servicing my vehicle. When I saw his interest in providing the best care for my vehicle, I asked for additional services. He was very quick to understand my desires, quoted the services I asked for, and gave me tome to consider with no pressure. All in all it was a great experience with Elijah at the "wheel".
