Came today to pickup my vehicle from the cashier and saw a sign indicating cashier was out to lunch. I was standing around waiting at the cashier's window. A parts guy was sitting at his desk. He could have a least ask me " how can i help you?" Instead i had to ask him how do I get my car back. He told me my service writer would hel p me. My service writer was busy at the time with another customer. I had find the service manager to ask him how to get my car. The manager asked another service writer to assist me. There were some service writers that did not have any customer present. I'm sure one of could have asked me if I needed any help. Eli did a great job. I just wasn't happy not a single person bothered to help me...They had to be told to help me. I guess it wasn't there job. Great team work!
