Good afternoon I took my car in for the 75,000 mile maintenance and I was very disappointed in the fact that they never checked my air pressure. I never received a Car Wash like stated in the receipt. I never got the wiper blades that I requested and I’m to this point, not sure if they cleaned the cabin and the air filters like stated. I am surprised because usually I get a good detailed explanation when I pick up my car about what what is needed and what is not needed and I never even got that. $200 is a lot for just a tire rotation.
12 volt plug still does not work.
Christian was very clear in the work that needed to be done. He promptly notified me when the work was completed. Very satisfied with his professionalism.
