i will not be returning. this is the second time your car wash was broken and last visit i was told my car was being washed and that was the day yet i was given my car back not washed. previous visit i authorized wipers be replaced but you did not have them in stock and that my tires needed to be rotated and my vehicle has 2 different size tires that are not rotatable. i expected more from JM

He kept me updated and informed about everything going on with my vehicle while I waited for the service to be completed, which I really appreciated. By far, this has been one of the best service experiences I’ve had since getting maintenance for my vehicle. everything was good wait wasn’t too long
Paid for flat tire to be repaired. During my drive home the tire continued to leak. I had to stop at several service stations to fill tire. It ultimately went flat as I got home.
I have not experienced the level of professional customer service I have come to expect since 2013. I own two Lexus vehicles, and my parents own two as well. During my recent visit, Travis exhibited a dismissive attitude, and my gasoline was not topped off as promised. His manner did not reflect the professional standards I associate with Lexus. I had a disappointing interaction with him and look forward to providing a full survey. Thank you.
Bill was a terrific service advisor. My only real complaint was waiting 30 minutes past my expected pick up time.
I can’t say enough good things about Danny. I always feel well taken care of when I bring in my car. He does a great job of following up with me on the progress of the servicing and letting me know in a timely manner if anything else comes up. Great communication! Five star service!!

My husband said I only needed oil change but I got to Crown Lexus and was told my car needed this and that, so I agreed, and then when I looked at the receipt after I paid- one of the services said I requested for that to be done when in fact I was told my car needed that.
The whole visit was a complete waste of time. I called the office to make an appointment for a safety recall. After arriving I checked in and told them I was there for the recall and I would be waiting in the office. Two hours later they called me to tell me that they took the car apart to inspect it but didn’t have the part to replace it and I would have to come back at another time. A complete waste of time that was easily avoidable within the first 10-15 minutes when they should have checked to see if they had the part in stock before working on my vehicle. A terrible experience that makes me question how this location is managed and if they are capable of handling simple repairs for my vehicle.
