Ernesto was great. However, I was very disappointed when I called to make my appointment to learn that the service option for pick up and delivery was not available until May. That option was one of the reasons I purchased the Lexus to begin with. Being unavailable till May is the same as not being available at all anymore.

I am not completely satisfied with my recent experience with your service. I never met the service advisor who coordinated this service installing a dash cam and adjusting the car's cargo door opening height. The door should be readjusted when I get a chance to take it back. The car wasn't washed and the interior had strong body order like smell. I had never experience bad order in my car from any of my Lexus I had serviced from here. The tech advisor who patiently explained and answered all my question was wonderful. I was completely satisfied with his assistance. Thank you.

Randy and Chris were professional and kind but unfortunately, the detail service ruined my wrap and "nx300" emblem. I need to now pay to get it wrapped again and buy a new emblem.
