I would be happy to provide feedback. Daniel Whittingham is my trusted partner in all things service at JM Lexus. I have been so very pleased with his leadership in delivering exceptional results for my vehicle that I continue to drive to South Florida from Central Florida whenever I need to have my car serviced, it is a 5 Hour drive and I couple it with visiting family, but the bottom line is Daniel always leaves me feeling as though my car has been well taken care of and I’m not sure I could ask for anything more. The quality of service is exceptional. As someone who was a former JM Family Enterprise employee, plus I had the pleasure of being in manager‘s meetings with Mr. Moran back in the early 2000s, I’ve driven Lexus vehicles since 2003. I am happy to be able to continue the tradition and it starts not with the purchase but with the service that you receive after the purchase. Please know that I recommend Daniel without hesitation as he is exceptional at what he does and I always leave the dealership “a happy customer.”

My advisor was supposed to be Art, I never spoke to him. The young man that I dealt with was very nice but continued to talk over me as if he knew what I was going to say. I’m not sure if that’s why 2 things that I wanted to get looked at didn’t happen.
I asked that my wiper blades be changed out regardless if needed or not he said that was ok and I am having issues with sunroof.
I am aware that Saturdays are not for issues like the sunroof I just wanted someone to listen to the noise and tell me if it’s normal or book an appt for during the week.
When my car was done I waited over 30min to get my car back and when I sat in my red interior car I had a huge black greasy hand print on the door handle that is still not all the way off. It’s grease!
