I never meet my representative and wait to long for just oil change and I'm coming over more than 15 years and I see service get worse i I hope you care because I love my ????
Brought our vehicle in for a standard of 100,000 mile service. We were provided a very nice loaner car however we had difficulty getting the diagnosis of our vehicle communicated back to us. The service entailed coolant fluids and an oil change. You had the vehicle three days, with multiple calls to see how we handle the loaner car, as we live in Pueblo West we are very grateful to have the car. However, the communication back to your customer certainly didn’t reach the five star rating you’re striving for.

John made my service experience more than what anyone could hope for. I have used John for previous visits and did request him when I made this appointment. He did not disappoint. Friendly, professional, great follow-up. I felt extremely comfortable leaving my 25 year old LS430 in his care.
I was the first one in the service area at 7:00 am for a simple 140,000 mile inspection. It took 1 hour 40 minutes before I was able to leave.
To me that is a little bit too long being the first one in at 7:00 am.
