John made my service experience more than what anyone could hope for. I have used John for previous visits and did request him when I made this appointment. He did not disappoint. Friendly, professional, great follow-up. I felt extremely comfortable leaving my 25 year old LS430 in his care.
I was the first one in the service area at 7:00 am for a simple 140,000 mile inspection. It took 1 hour 40 minutes before I was able to leave.
To me that is a little bit too long being the first one in at 7:00 am.

Christian is outstanding. I can rely him to take care of my vehicle and customer service needs. Most recently,I called him when I had a mechanical breakdown, and I left him a voicemail message. He called me back even though he was gone for the day. He facilitated everything with a colleague, so I would have assistance and a loaner car when I arrived with a my vehicle in tow. When it comes to service, he is proactive and thorough.

I was disappointed when I found out that the tires I had arranged to be installed were sold out from under me and I had to use a loaner car and come back 10 hours later to pick up my car.
No explanation for the $30 increase for an oil change.

I was scheduled for a simple oil change appointment this morning at 10:30 am. My car was not registered as “checked in” and taken back until 11:45. During my wait I was not approached by any advisors or associates to update me on the prolonged wait time. During the 2.5 hours of my stay the store fire alarm was ringing the entire duration. I spoke with three associates before getting any kind of clarification on the prolonged wait time. I left without getting my basic oil change. As a former Lexus employee and daughter of a Lexus Service Director, I am unfortunately profoundly dissatisfied with the lack of timely service and poor communication from all parties.
