Omar was nice and professional. He did reach out to me concerning my service issues in a timely manner!! The only dissatisfied service was the car wash!! The windows were smudged up and they only vacuumed the front mats.
May not be all due to Xavier.
But I was overcharged in error.
If I didn't catch it myself I would never have known.
I came in for tire rotation and it took over 2 hours. Cabin air filter change was an exorbitant price 105. He said I would get a car wash but wasn't told later that the car wash was broken. I had to inquire about it when I went to my car.I didn't feel an overall good experience.

I appreciate the service I received. I selected a particular service package that included more than was needed. Trevor realized it and suggested the appropriate services which totaled less than I originally selected. They completed everything and discussed any concerns with me prior to taking action. I was very pleased with the job they did for us.
My car was a schedule service appointment- fortunately, they found a tire needed replacement.

Joe has superior customer service. He was kind and caring. He also answered all of our questions with no hesitation. I can't ask for a better special person like Joe. Only standard 4 tire rotation was done.
Requested cabin air filter be checked. Was not done. - contents in glove box had not been disturbed at all.
