I am constantly disappointed in the service of Lexus of Glendale and am in the process of hopefully getting rid of this car so I don’t have to risk further damage to it done by the incompetent mechanics here.
Getting my car serviced went smoothly and efficiently. Vince was polite and asked if I had any concerns I wanted to be looked at. The car was ready for pick up at the time I requested. Excellent service. Thank you.

Check in was good. The service done promptly! Only thing is my key battery was low and no one offered to replace it. I will have come back to have it replaced.

I went in for headlight initialization which take no more than 10 minutes but your tech was not through and did not perform the headlight level. Which also doesn't take long to do specially when he had the diagnostic tool connected. So for the 200 dollars 5 minutes work at least be thorough. On Contrary you can spend more time inspecting the car on what other services can be done. Just doesn't sit well with me.
