Jeff Miller did an excellent job providing me outstanding service with taking care of business with my Lexus he really took care of what I needed done he kept me updated on the progress an his team went that extra mile in completing the service on my Lexus and also address me on some future services that I going to need in all I was very satisfied with my service advisor and the great service I received today at Metro Lexus.
Excellent service and advice - always great working with Cory and the fine staff at the Lexus Service dept. The fine Lexus vehicles are only half the reason we will continue as clients , the quality of service is the other half!

Why does it have to take 2hrs for an oil change.
The dash paneling was not replaced after my RX350 was serviced. My dash board was removed to replace the Servo motor for the air conditioning.
