Tino has been an exceptional service advisor. I have taken my car to him for approximately 10 years. He has been professional and recommend and educate on why specific services were need. I am considering a new car and have asked him to recommend a salesperson. He is an excellent employee who is dedicated in providing the best for his customers.
I am familiar with Lexus workmanship. I've been a customer of Lexus formerly known as metrolaxis since 2012 when I bought my Lexus from you my 2007 RX 350 which was totaled in an accident 3 years ago. Even though I bought my white Lexus RX 350 from classic Lexus, I am more familiar with you guys. So I felt more at home with formerly Metro Lexus now known as Cleveland Nexus and I may continue my business with you throughout the life of my car thank you.

Sam was patient and listened to my concerns. I am a return JM customer. I have a noise issue in my 2024 UX that is inconsistent. Sam explained the teams efforts and though not found he did not dismiss my concerns. He offered to have me come back when able to see if the noises would come through during another visit. I appreciated his willingness and patience. Thus one of the reasons I returned to JM. Also kudos on the text with the video of my vehicle inspection with signing option. Really nice tech upgrade making customer care a notch above the rest.
