Arturo is always pleasant as well as professional. I count myself lucky to have him as my service advisor, because he sees to it that the job gets done, as well as gets done right.

Arturo was great, but he was the only service advisor at the time of my arrival. I was there at 7:10 for my 7:15 appointment , but did not check in until 7:50. My car was supposed to be ready by 10:30, didn't get it until after 11:30. It seemed that there was inadequate staff to properly service your customers. Let me make this clear: I felt Arturo provided good service and lessened my disappointment.

Always thorough and TOP NOTCH service at Lincoln Lexus. We live three hours away, but it is worth the effort to bring it from North Platte to Lincoln, knowing that everything will be done correctly.
