It’s my first time going to JM For the car service, and I didn’t know what to expect. The only confusing part for me is, after they received my car, and I was asked to go in, no one was there to receive me inside or tell me where to go next. The place looked like the little cubicles in wall trade center as I’ve seen on tv. I was met with chaos. It took me a while to see the seats on the R side since the guy that received my car said enter and go all the way to the back. The back was another door that leads to the show room. There were no signs as well at the top that says waiting area. I felt lost and no one stopped to ask me if everything was ok. I understood sunce everyone was busy. I saw one of the “runner”, and that’s when I asked her what to do next. She gave me a clear instruction and after that, everything was a breeze and the experience was very pleasant. Leo was very helpful, concise and precise when he told me what needed to be done. He pretty much took my anxiety away. Thank goodness Leo is my adviser.
Billy is the absolute best! It doesn't sit right if we go in and he isnt there, we are pleased to have worked with Billy the last 4 years and are always so happy with our visit at Lexus Colorado Springs.
From the moment I pulled up to the service department I was greeted with a smile. I wish I could have caught the older gentleman’s name. It wasn’t long until Kristina helped me with my car. She’s super nice and made the process really easy. I was really impressed by the inspection report. It included a video and pictures. I thought it was going to come back with a bunch of issues but it didn’t. I felt like I was getting a real honest report of my car. Communication was made easy and all my questions were answered. Overall I was really happy with my visit and I’m glad they were able to help me with my 2007 Lexus IS250! 10/10 would come back!

The service was excellent, car was picked up in a timely manner. The service department updated me on what needed to be done. However, one small thing the car was not washed when it came back. I really do like that part of your service.
