Staff was dismissive and rude, including the service tech. When I called at the end of the day for an update on my vehicle, the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude, asking me repeatedly for the name of my tech even after I told her I did not recall his name. She refused to let me know if my car was ready unless I gave her the name of my tech. She then sent me to a mailbox for someone she knew was no longer in the office. When I arrived to pick up my car, the person at the checkout counter, who might have been the same person I spoke with on the phone, was rude and unprofessional, barely saying a word. I expect a different level of service from Lexus.
Danecia is terrific. She is the reason I have my Lexus serviced at Keys.
