The 40,000 mile checkup on my 2019 Lexus went smoothly and completed in less time than predicted, in spite of my arriving 1/2 hour early for my appointment. The inspection video was very informative and interesting to watch. The waiting area was very comfortable and relaxing. A+ to everyone involved in this 40,000 mile checkup, including Adam. He was very professional, pleasing attitude and even walked me to my car to to respond to my concern about the exterior lighting controls. Thank you, Adam.

My feedback to my Lexus service to Las Vegas Lexus experience was unsatisfied the fuilds weren’t top off like it said in the sheet of paper of receipt and they didn’t reached out to me about replace the cabin air filter where they just left an note on the paper saying driver took key and just left the cabin air filter I had to go to a car shop to get it replace and paid $50 for a shop to change it for me cause I paid you guys to change but you guys didn’t do that part of the job and just called me and sent a video of my tires being low on tread and I feel like u just paid $383 and some change just pretty much for an oil change I feel very unappreciated customer .
Excellent customer service. I am very satisfied. Glenn always goes the extra mile. Never disapoints.

We like the complimentary Sirius XM that we receive from Lexus. We would like to receive as many months of free service as possible. We live in the antelope valley of california and radio transmission is very bad. Sirius is a pleasant surprise. Thank You
Your advisor was not very Thoughtful in his mannerisms of telling me about the financing and payment options with the Service of my car . Actually he embarrassed me in front of the cashier , which was not the cashier’s fault in being told ahead in how my bill was to be paid ! I I will not go to this advisor again in the future in servicing my car … I’ve been very happy going to Crown Lexus in Ontario for the past two years and will continue to do so and hoping I will not experience this unfortunate incident again .
