I loved the idea of the special event, but I don’t think it was fully embraced by the staff. I might have been the only one that took advantage of the free inspection - but I felt like I was being an annoying nuisance. As it is, I got my car back after the event was supposed to end. I can’t imagine what would have happened if more customers chose to have their cars inspected???
