Amazing service department!!

I am from out of state and had car issues during our stay in Peoria. I called and spoke with Josh. He was able to schedule me for service the morning I called. The technicians had the necessary parts and my car was done very timely. Josh provided excellent customer service and was very friendly. If I lived in the area and needed service, I would definitely be calling Josh. Thank you!

I was very unhappy with the service I received from Norh, he made me feel like I was not human.. He wasn’t nice very force forward didn’t won’t to give me a loaner vehicle, didn’t really want to have my vehicle checked out per himself ther was nothing wrong with my vehicle they all drive like this than I asked to make note of my issue than he decided to have it looked at and of course they found something in the fuel hose they replaced. He call me to pick up the vehicle and stated again there was nothing wrong they did something to satisfy me and for me to wait for 10-15 minutes before he could give me my keys because he was working with another customer. So I waited for awhile than I asked if he could go ahead and close me out than another person closed me out with him stating give her her keys so she can go!! Offer Service :(

With my Daughter, Had my wife take her Range Rover Sport had some issues and Cody took care of all needed! That's what I call the BEST SERVICE I've had ! EL PASO needs to Learn from you all! Noah goes above and beyond great service. True hospitality. From our salesman Maurice, to ownership Brandon, topped off with great care in the service department. The service greeter is always super kind and courteous. His name escapes me, but one day I stopped in with a concern and Noah wasn’t there. He topped off my fluids to stop the warning light and all was good! That is true hospitality!!!! Love this team!
