Neither the service advisor or the technician explained why I couldn’t do the update. They just said admissions Land Rover. I text asked what that meant. Never got a response.

The staff is friendly and no pressure.The service is timely and no wait time. My favorite is the new addition to the Landrover family was Cooper, he was a delight and welcomed me in the dealership.
