Joe do a wonderful job communicating the replacement of a head light.
The only problem is the headlight was $3,1000f hard earned money. Ridiculous this should be covered by a lifetime warranty.This is my 3rd LandRover, but I will go another direction next time

Katerina has helped me on previous service appointments and I was so happy and grateful that she was able to be my service advisor on my most recent visit. I cannot express how on top of her game she is. I got checked in the very next day to get my battery changed, and she took care of everything and washed my car And was able to provide me with a service at no cost. I know my situation was unique, but her professionalism and ability to be so thorough and going above and beyond is exactly what you almost don’t expect anymore from a dealership. Again, I’m so so grateful for What Land Rover has been able to help me with and having such a great person there to represent the brand.
