I was scheduled for a check engine light and a box light issue, on my 2018 Ford f150 that I purchased from new Richmond. From the start of walking in I could tell service writers were visible frustrated. They tell me that they have no one to look at my issues even tho I had a appointment for them issues . So I just got my oil change what did take over 2 hrs for a scheduled appointment.i never got anything done and they didn't even try to schedule another appointment. The only positive thing about my visit was he did not charge me for oil change. I will not be back for any service or my next vehicle purchase. Very dissatisfied

Ryan, was very thorough in writing up my Service needs; he confirmed everything before the work started; and, went over the completed work before I signed off on the invoice. He is very courteous and displays a very positive attitude toward the customer in his role as Service Advisor. He did suggest three additional services. I approved the replacement of two filters in addition to my general service maintenance and tire rotation. Great job!
