The representative I checked out with was rude when I asked her a question about my service and didn’t give me a straight forward answer. I’ve had the same issue with my car for some time. They seemed to get in contact with Bernard’s quite quickly today when they wanted me to replace parts on my car today, but can’t seem to get ahold of them when it isn’t convenient for them. Overall not happy with my service at Johnson ford the last three times I’ve been here.

I typically avoid get my vehicles serviced at a dealership. I always feel like the I’m being upsold on something that I don’t need. I didn’t have that experience dealing with Peter. It was straightforward, explaining why I needed the services he recommended completed and others that could be postponed. Communication was great and when I returned to pickup my vehicle he walked me to my truck and explained and showed me what had been done. I’ll be bringing my vehicle back for regular maintenance from here on out.

It was a warrantee fix and they did not have car for me to use for the day so someone came with a Johnson car left it in my driveway then returned truck and drove the car that was in my driveway all day questioning why I had to be without a vehicle when one day in my driveway all day

Eric did a great job in getting authorization from the warranty provider. It was a long process, but he did a good job with giving updates during the process.
