As always Marty, took the sting out of the inconvenience of a vehicle on the ‘DL’. Everything from scheduling to the loaner vehicle were orchestrated perfectly. And, once again, Marty did have to go a bit over and above with the extended warranty company who tried to deny part of the claim for something clearly covered. THIS is where all of Marty’s experience pays off!!! Thank you Marty AND Johnson Ford. Well done one and all !

Brady was very nice and respectful and seems to work well with the public.
We used a coupon for oil change & tire rotation we didn't want the tire rotation but was not taken off the bill. We had to call back to receive credit. Chk engine light came on after oil change tech didn't know you have to reset something before starting. We like jm but you can do better, kind of a sh#t show lately.

I don’t know if I just come in so often that Nathan knows who I am and greets me before I even walk up to him or if he’s prepared but either way I like it! I ALWAYS feel so comfortable and not intimidated when coming in knowing Nathan will be there. Like I said he greets me immediately by name like I’ve known him forever! Very knowledgeable and explains things if I don’t understand. Super helpful and friendly!
