I was actually going to take the time and leave a Google maps rating but this works. I've worked in dealerships in the past. This was truly the best service I have ever had at a dealership. Upon arrival for my scheduled service I was greated by Nathan. He was already aware of what I was there for and who I was. He explained the timeline and verified if my vehicle was due for any other repairs. He did suggest a couple of other options for service but was not pushy. I went with an additional transmission service while I was in. His estimate for the added time was spot on. He explained their inspection and at this time my vehicle had a clean bill of health. I will definitely be recommending Johnson Ford from here on out. Thanks again

Colton was very thorough with answering all my concerns. Helpful with giving be the phone number to contact the warranty department at Ford. My vehicle fell out of warranty in December and I was unable to get an appointment with any Ford truck service in my area until January. I have a Ford Transit high top 350 Dually and the Turbo has broken loose from the Manifold. This is a situation that should have been a recall as it is happening with the Transit engine. I request that this situation be covered by the Ford Warranty given the fact that the request to get serviced while the vehicle was under warranty but Ford dealers could not schedule my Transit until after the first of the year. I hope that my feed back will be sent to Ford Warranty Management for assistance in covering the repair of the Turbo bolt systems to the Manifold that I have made a request for help. A response would be appreciated

The service that Erik provided was excellent and I couldn’t be more thankful for him and the Johnson motors team. I dropped off my car in the after hour key drop due to an engine light earlier this week with no appointment. Right away that next morning Erik touched base and kept clear communication with me through the whole process. It was a quick 2 day turnaround and I am so grateful because I can’t imagine how busy they already were. It is great to know I have a reliable place to bring my car to whenever my car decides to be needy.
