Eric was great. Very professional. Unfortunately, I will never buy a car from your organization again. The lack or refusal to have loaner vehicles is unacceptable. I rely on being able to access my clients to continue my business. very odd policy which cost you a customer.

Vehicle took over six weeks to complete work, which was far longer than what was expected. Several calls to check status on vehicle progress went unreturned. Status on warranty work was only obtained by visiting Johnson Ford in person. Johnson Ford was not transparent with billing processes. Was not given a professional quote for services recommended by Johnson Ford.
