Would it be possible to cover floor mat with something? I just had interior detailed now my floor mat is dirty again from mechanic shoe wear. I'd like to think the detailing would last longer than 2 days. Thanks

I needed headlight bulbs replaced. Lat time I was in I was quoted $200 per bulb plus installation. Whe I said that was crazy they came down to $168 per bulb. I could order them online for $60 for the pair. So that is what I did. I then made an appt. and said I had the bulbs and just needed them installed. When I came in they said they don't normally install parts purchased elsewhere but would since I was there. Then that was reiterated after the work was done. I was told you would not warranty either the bulbs or labor. I can see not warranting the bulbs but you did the labor at full cost. The Mazda dealer in the cities was willing to install AND warrant their labor for 12 months or 12,000 miles. I have not been at all impressed with your dealership. Once previously you screwed up the paperwork so work my insurance should have covered came out of my pocket. When I left a message for your service manager I bever heard back. I will not recommend your dealership and I will be going to the cities for more professional work on my Mazda in the future.

Our serpentine belt shredded today. It know you had to take it off to get to the air filter. What happened. Please fix it
I scheduled an appointment a month in advance for a recall (was told it would take about 4 hours)- on a day that I didn't need a vehicle. I was told the morning of that appointment that they didn't have the parts and had to order them which meant them arriving the next day and my vehicle needing to stay until the following afternoon. I needed a vehicle the following afternoon. It seems that parts should have been ready for this appointment because it was known exactly what needed to be replaced since it was a recall.
