They couldn’t help me with my truck because they said the don’t deal with customized trucks. They told me to go somewhere else that would be better fit even though it’s a ford dealership. Should be able to handle anything that would be brought to them since there certified technicians.
Marty is wonderful to work with. I had a nail in my tire, dropped off Wednesday night after hours without an appointment for Thursday. I had new tires and an oil changed completed by 11:00 a.m. Thursday. People like Marty are the reason we continue having our vehicles serviced at Johnson Ford.

Bruce did a great job answering questions and communicating. We were very happy with him. I will say I was really disappointed by other things that occurred by this visit and treatment at Johnson motors. In fact, we had previously bought two vehicles from you in one week. These were the last vehicles we have purchased. After this occasion, we will be shopping around.

The oil change and tire rotation were done in a timely manner. One thing I am wondering about is the tire pressure seems a little bit high. High 30’s and even a 41.
