Matt saved what was a horrible experience with the body shop. We waited 6-7 months for a part. We called 8-10 times and went in 3-4 times to the body shop and every time got the same response. Nobody knew anything about it and every time we were told that someone would call back. We never received any return calls. When we did find out that the part was there it was another 3 weeks to get it installed
