Exceptional job!

My appointment was at 7:45 am which I was on time and I didn’t get out there till after 10am! For an oil change and put 2 new tires on. Tour service guy told me the mechanic working on my truck had to wait to use tire machine since there is only one. My suggestion is don’t schedule more than one vehicle tire change per time slot even though my truck was in there 15 minutes prior to the other vehicle I know this because the person was sitting next to me in waiting room. Next problem I called for price on tires and your parts guy said that they would match price so when I go to pay my bill you tried to charge my your price until I caught it. Then your service manager gave me a $10 off coupon with somebody else name on it, I don’t receive those coupons even though I have been a customer there since Johnson motors has been there, also have bought new vehicles from Johnson in St Croix falls and New Richmond. The staff was very polite and professional. I have never had a problem like this before and hope it doesn’t happen again! Any questions feel free to contact me ****-****-xxxx John W

Eric Merriman introduced himself in a professional manner and explained what was being done and gave me a pamphlet with all maintenance scheduled up coming by months.
