My truck was in for service 2 months ago and I was satisfied with the results of the fix. Unfortunately last week I noticed the steering was feeling unusual so I called right away. The issue got progressively worse, so much so that I noticed extreme wear on my front tires. After the diagnosis it was found that the tie rod wasn't fully tightened in the initial alignment. Johnson admitted that they made a mistake and they would pay for two new tires for my truck. I was extremely pleased that they stood behind their work and were humble enough to admit that they made a mistake. I fully understand that mistakes happen and they held themselves accountable for the situation so they are all good in my book!
