I believe that I was charged for a tire rotation, I told the service rep. That the tires were 2 months old and that all I wanted was an oil and filter change, I was told that he would adjust the service charge but looking at my charge from the last full service with tire rotation today’s bill was the same!

They couldn't find out what and why there's a noise in the back end of my Chevey Traverse, there were several people trying to figure it out with no results.There was another car with the same problem on that same day!I would still like to have the noise gone. I know I had to go to the fair last weekend so they couldn't keep it and this week we're going to KOA in hayward so they wouldn't get a chance to figure what they can do for it,when I get back I'll see If we can check it out again!I just hope it doesn't break while I'm up North!worried traveler!! Seth was absolutely amazing to work with! Very good communication and he helped me so much with my vehicle.
