I had an issue on the incorrect size tire being ordered for my truck as well as incorrect pricing being charged. In the end, Erik worked closely with parts folks to get it all squared away. I was given a credit back for the mistake and he got me scheduled for the following Monday early to get the right tires on. He orchestrated this perfectly even though it was an odd scenario that he’s never had before. Nice work!

Cale was very cordial and professional in all aspects of my dealings with him. He was very thorough and detail oriented.
2 Items I did not have fully resolved:
1. Computer update: Dash and screen-Dash Cluster Animation update: https://youtu.be/_pBRTuIf06w
2. Hood scoop paint chipping around the edges. I know I can take it to Johnson Motors-New Richmond.
Overall, the service was very good. The computer-Dash cluster updates are issues that need to be addressed. I would like the dash cluster software update as soon as possible.

Thank you for taking care of my transmission flush and new fluid on Monday. I know I'm to wait 500 miles however I noticed a difference the moment I left. It drives perfect! I'm hoping that was all that was needed. Everyone was kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Just know it didnt go unnoticed. Thank you so much again. It's greatly appreciated.
