I called for a Shudder in my Silverado. Week and a half go by get a call the night before at 5 o'clock transmission guy is 6 weeks out. Really? Night before? Either train your scheduler better to know what they might be dealing with or screen your appointments further out. Now with that said we did figure out to try changing fluid on the infamous chevy shudder. That was handled well even at 450 dollars

I plan to buy something newer with 4 wheel drive next spring for my wife. I will be interested then for a quote for my Chev Cruse. We changed oil and rotated the wheels yesterday. And we put it up for the winter. Thanks
