My appointment was at 1130am on Tuesday. I did not hear back about my vehicle until Wednesday at 245pm. Once I approved the work it was done really quick though.

I brought my truck up there, they took it for a test drive and then it got pushed aside for about a week. I called up there and they didn’t have much to say. So I ended up driving back up there to take them for a ride. I understand the covid stuff that’s going on and the back orders. But they knew I needed my truck and pushed it aside for about a week. About a month later I’m getting my truck back. I understand the setbacks but this should have been done sooner.
My experience with Scott and the Service staff at Johnson Motors has ALWAYS been extremely positive. They are professionals, Courteous and helpful.
