I understand short staffing and longer wait times. But next time, if there is a two hour wait, please inform me before I drive there and sit in the waiting room. I could have been doing something productive for the two hours that I was waiting. And that was before my car even went in for the oil change. I was there a total of 2 1/2 hours for an oil change.
I made my appointment early in the morning just to avoid this type of situation. And I had plans for after the oil change that I did not get to do.
With that said, the staff was courteous and friendly as usual.

Our appt was at 9am to have tires mounted and balanced. It took almost 6 hours for them to get them done. My wife wasted an entire day off work. They did not charge us because my wife said something about how long it took but regardless this experience left a bitter taste in our mouth.
