Never called back! And never fixed vehicle! Bought 3 vehicles here the last 6 years, just because the vehicle I brought in was not bought there they did not want to fix it. Never doing business here again.

My vehicle is not repaired it does have four brand new snow tires on it so that’ll shut the mouth of whomever worked on my vehicle or over seen the the inspection. The reason given to me by Seth for the sound my vehicle is making still “a nuisance sound” coming from the equinox. I will be returning to Johnson motors if need be, otherwise I’m going straight to the warranty company to deal with the issue that I’ve been having. I was not satisfied in anyway shape or form including the fact that I had an extended test drive of a 2018 Ford that did not start the day after I brought it home… need I say more. I do not wish to talk to management concerning this comment. I will take it up with the warranty department or my sales associate Joe.

Erik’s such a nice guy! He’s helped me the last two times I’ve had my car in for service. He’s certainly terrific as the ‘face of Johnson Motors’ for those he helps. And from what I’ve watched and experienced, that’s true of the other people in the service area too.
