I experienced problems with the radio. A new radio was ordered and was installed. There two issues with the radio. The main issue was corrected with the replacement radio. The second issue was not corrected. Tim, the tech was going to reach out to GM for a solution for this issue. Needless to say this issue is very frustrating.
I have been coming to Johnson Motors since 2010 for service. Ron Bibeau and I have a 30 year friendship. I drive almost 100 miles one way for service. It is because of my relationship with Ron and the great service that I receive from Johnson Motors makes the drive worth it.

Kyle went above and beyond, immediately got me into a loaner which makes me want a new truck. My truck got into the shop and was fixed quickly and i had it back for work tonight. Thanks so much!

Everything was great. If I had to critique the driver could have rang the doorbell to let me know the car was back, or the dealership could have called to say they were returning the car. I received the text but still thought I would get a call until I saw car in driveway.

I know you were struggling with illness that put you behind which was the delay but I had a loaner truck. I really appreciate that I didn't have to pay a deductible. Thank you.
