Service is horrible! Been there three times for my remote start that hasn’t been working and seems as if they are unwilling to help or you are completely forgot about.

We set up the appointment and the lady that set it said it has to be 2 weeks out we can be sure we have your recall parts. I said no problem. She said looks like you have 5 recalls.
With both my wife and I working we found time in our day to make the appointment work. Only to find out parts had to be ordered for the recall and now we have to reschedule and do this all over again. That is a little frustrating. Not having access to a loaner vehicle is also frustrating so it takes both of us to get the vehicle there and back. Colton was great, service we received was done in a timely manner but really don't like having to do this again later.
