As a working mom I’m dealing with several different schedules. To have my car in the shop while having a child in school and an after school commitment is stressful. Although in your mind you have everything set, I’m still figuring out when to pull children from school to get from point A to point C while picking my car sometime up at point B. Although everything is worked out slickly in the service advisor’s head, it may not work for the vehicle owner. What I think may take 20-30 minutes to fix ends up being 1/2 a day or more. For the amount of time it took, it may have been more beneficial for me to pay more to bring my car back than fret about timelines
The service dept is always ready and willing to do their best. They deliver top notch work and in a timely manner. I've never been disappointed! Excellent work.
Love text messages as easier to see I have one. Glad the battery drain problem was solved. Would have liked update on progress since car was dropped off at 8:45 am and I called at 3 pm to find no progress and didn't have my car returned until the next day. Good thing I didn't wait for it. A little more friendlier service to a woman dropping off a vehicle for repair. I am not blonde but do know how to research vehicle problems online

Enough griping. Thank you for pen and on a few days I should find out if battery drain was truly fixed. Damn OnStar.

My car continues to have issues. I called, texted and my husband called as well and no one returned our calls to see if the issue could be further resolved. While we understand it is very busy at the service center, and they treated us politely and attempted to help, the follow up effort was dismal at best. We spent a lot to have our vehicle fixed, but not completely fixed.
