I had an air conditioning problem for almost 2 years. I went to get it fixed over 4 times and it was a continuous problem under my warranty. They canceled my appointment and never got back to me to reschedule. Then when I got back in I had to pay for the problem that wasn’t fixed in over 4 visits.
Thought the check engine light was resolved but it came back on again on the way home. Called and left two messages and no one has returned my call.
They explain everything and do a wonderful job.

Seth is always great to work with. He informs me of service that would be beneficial for me to have done that I otherwise wouldn’t know about. As an “older” lady I appreciate someone looking out for my best interests that allows me to keep my Buick in the best running shape possible.
