My bill shows I paid for 8 quarts of oil. My truck doesn’t take 8 quarts.
I am fine with adjusting and just putting credit for the difference under my name for the next oil change.

I mentioned this before I left today, but it has been taking quite a bit longer to get an oil change since the staff turnover. What was usually a 45-60 minute oil change is consistently a 75-90 minute oil change.
Also, the maintenance staff used to know me and my vehicle history and I miss that. I guess it will take a while for the new crew to familiarize themselves with everyone. It seems to be a good oil change though.
Very personable and informative. Kept me up to speed and was very friendly.

I made an appointment a week ahead of time and then my vehicle was not serviced until 4:15 in the afternoon I just don’t think that’s proper why did I need an appointment I could’ve got that kind of service same day. I was happy that the truck was fixed by the end of the day very happy
