I had an appointment for Thursday at 9am on 7/21/22. I called sometime in the afternoon to check on what's going on. I got a excuse from the receptionist claiming they were busy with other customers. Ok I get that. I was told they would call me before they closed. About 10 minutes before they closed no one had called so I called a sales person and they found out for me. I got told they never even took it into the shop. I got a text the next day sometime in the afternoon with the estimate. They claim they were told they could keep the car for the rest of the week. Don't know who told them that because I never did. I had asked for a discount and was told they can't do that. I need someone to call me who can help me

Already talked to Allison and Colton ! Colton said my keyless entry was not covered under warranty Because it is an accessory and it would be $500 ! I talk to The warranty department for my extended warranty that I bought from you when I bought the car they have no record of Colton calling in the repair order on my keyless entry and when you put the trim back on it’s not sealed correctly so air is blowing through the trim piece ! I have not decided What I’m going to do yet because when you fixed the oil leak you ordered the wrong part and had my car for almost two weeks! I understand shipping and back orders but A phone call would’ve been nice Since I did not take a loaner car from you
