I brought my car to you guys for a 1 o’clock appointment last Friday. Received a call stating the car was fixed and driving normally and it was told a whole array of things that they did to fix the issue. When I went to pick up the vehicle and asked how to prevent this issue from happening I was told I would need a heated garage. When I left and got on the highway and reached 60–60 5 mph, the exact same issue occurred and the car was driving hard at three rpms without adjusting all the way home. The next morning at 8 AM I brought the car back and explained the issue. I was told to call back on Monday and speak with the service manager. On my way out I was able to speak with Kyle, who sold me the vehicle and I explained the issue and said that I was told I would need a heated garage. we live in Wisconsin and we sometimes get colder temperatures than Alaska and I can’t believe I was sold a vehicle that requires a heated garage and was not told so. I feel like I am being conditioned to be suspicious of this entire process. My previous vehicle 2017 Buick encore was brought to you guys and was undiagnosed and after I paid $3000 for a fix which didn’t fix anything they didn’t endoscopic examination and told me it would then be a $13,000 fix. Then I traded in that car for this car but never had this issue with the 2017 Buick encore. My mom also drives a Buick encore and has never had this issue. I was sold a vehicle that requires a heated garage in Wisconsin then either they need to fix this issue or they need to take this vehicle back and when they sell it have a disclaimer that if you buy this vehicle you need a heated garage.
