Despite not having a loaner vehicle available to me, during my first visit, Coulton hear out my frustrations. When I returned, a week later, and once the part(s) were in, the promised loaner vehicle was available to me. Coulton kept me up to date via a phone call, when the repair was not completed the same day, as originally expected. He followed up with me the following Monday, as promised, as well as on Tuesday, once the vehicle was finished. I believe that Coulton likely waived the diagnostic fee, which has historically been charged to verify my proposed repair; if this is the case, I appreciate his use of judgement due to my initial frustration(s). The repair appears to have been done professionally, which I appreciate. Thank you.
