Lack of communication. Product from under body coating was pouring out on exterior of truck. Did not work on prices. But thank’s for dropping the truck off back to my house.

I like Seth he is a great guy and works extremely hard. Possibly he is over burdened and needs some help. I did ask to have my trailer connection tested and when I went to pick up my truck I did not see anything on the service order regarding whether it was tested. Devils in the details.

Although I purchased bumper to bumper when I purchased my truck here, Marty really had to go above and beyond getting the third party extended warranty company to meet they’re obligations. For what was a very clear cut claim, Marty had to dig out all kinds of old information. THANKS MARTY.
